Banner-University Medical Center K9s receive bulletproof vest donation

Banner-University Medical Center’s K9 dogs, Judge, Koba, Mack, Titan, Lobo and Rai, will receive bullet- and stab-resistant vests thanks to a charitable donation from the nonprofit organization, Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. The vests will be sponsored by the Survival Armor incentive program and will be embroidered with the message, “Gifts from Vested Interest in K9s and Survival Armor.” Delivery is expected within 8-10 weeks.

Founded in 2009, Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose mission is to provide bulletproof and stab-resistant vests and other support to police and agency dogs across the United States.
